Restore Frame Pro
Open the Frame Pro offer in the app and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that bought Frame Pro. If the App Store is unavailable, try again when you are online.
Find your photographs
Imported projects live in Frame’s on-device gallery. A saved export is also added to iPhone Photos. Frame does not change your original photograph.
Share to Instagram
Instagram Post uses the iOS share sheet. The available destinations depend on the apps installed and their share extensions. If Instagram does not appear, save the image to Photos and select it inside Instagram.
Request a refund
Apple handles App Store purchase refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

Email [email protected]. Please describe what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version, and the step where the problem occurred. Do not send private photographs unless you choose to.
